Brisdon has just been a character witness for David Southall - Trustee of CAI, he was involved from the go get in CVS and the contribution to secret files - conflict of interest? I should think so. I wonder how many of the referring doctors knew that Southall was keeping secret files - surely when it came to giving evidence in court they must have known that certain documentation was hidden away, after all they were their patients. Look at the numbers, already in the 1,000 range, Southall wasn't doing CP work prior to this, he was a researcher and that is exactly what those files are secret files containing data on research projects that the parents were not aware of.
