Investigation into sudden death at care home

Police and social services officers have launched a joint investigation into the sudden death of a care home resident.
William Lewis, 86, was found with a head injury in his room at the Woodfield Nursing Home, Narberth, west Wales, on October 4.
He was taken to hospital for treatment but died the following day.
Dyfed Powys Police and the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
Mr Lewis had been a resident at the nursing home for two years. He was originally from the Boncath area.
