Sorce HM Court Services:
We aim to explain in more detail which forms to use in which court. However, all of the forms are available on the internet here If you are on benefits you can complete form EX160 and avoid having to pay court fees. We are establishing a network of advisors some of whom will be able to help you with the preparation of papers for court. All the court forms come in the form of PDF files (Portable Doucment Format). It is possible to use a PDF form filler such as the JAWS PDF Editor (which is not actually an editor). Form Filling The form filler can be bought here. The advantage of using the form filler is that completed forms can be saved and emailed to advisors for checking. Otherwise considerable delays can result and forms need to be scanned and emailed which is a lot of effort. Alternative routes can be used.
