A report into the circumstances surrounding the deaths of a family of seven in a house fire in Omagh is expected to be published later. Arthur McElhill, Lorraine McGovern and their five children died at Lammy Crescent in November last year. The Independent Review Panel was appointed by Health Minister Michael McGimpsey in January. It examined the response of all health and social services organisations the family had come into contact with. After the fire, detectives said they were treating the deaths as murder. Police said petrol had been scattered around the house and it had been set alight.
